Q: How do you know that you are in Texas at a Whiting Family gathering?

A: When you run out to grab something from your car and realize there are four trucks and two SUV's in the driveway. Cars are useless here. A: When you wake up on the day of your wedding to see a dead fox draped in the basketball hoop as a present. A: When throughout the week several other dead animals make an appearance in the yard including a raccoon, another fox, and a deer. This trip yielding the lowest slaughter numbers ever.
